What non of you realize is, if a bank de banks you for what ever unfair reason and they don't even have to tell you, you will no longer have a card and a way of paying, and if a business does not accept cash, then there is no way of paying. This is why the laws are unfair and evil. The right to refuse service can be abused, where business can collude to single out and ban a individual for any reason where all shops in a town for example can make it impossible for a person to live, cannot get food, credit, fuel, shelter, nothing. If the person ignores the ban, they can be arrested, if the person resist arrest the police can shoot to kill. Laws are extremely unfair.

The laws need to be changed, make it criminal for a business to ban you or refuse service, no longer allow banks to de-bank you either, make it criminal for banks to charge sur-charges on card transactions, and cripple businesses and customers with fees. Business must accept cash.

I am in Ohio, can you help me I was bitten on the left index finger at work. I was returning from the bathroom and saw two dogs. I asked if I was ok to pet one and the owner said "yes." I did and saw the dog was energetic, too much for me. I backed off and asked his owner if he wanted a cart to tie his dog's leash to to secure him better and keep him from causing trouble. He said "yes" I am not thinking or messing with the dog by this point, I am returning with the cart and at this point the dog bites me on my finger. I think the owner of the biting dog is going to work with me and talk to our store manager, but he disappeared on me. I have been to both Urgent care and the hospital to safe. Total today, I have had 3 rabies shots since I am not 100% sure the dog was vaccinated or not. I still have more shots to schedule still. I don't have the biting dog owner's name but I have a description of him and his dog. I do have the name and number of the man who's dog was apparently involved with something prior with the dog that bit me. This person's dog did nothing to me, I have their number and they agree the biting dog was acting aggressive. I am going to the police tomorrow.

Suddenly, the bussiness informs the man they will no longer accept (x) forms of payments and refuse his cash. What will the legal outcome most likely be? My neighbor has a scratch on his car and is seeing his relative chiropractor. Thank you I’m in a situation where I was pulled over for a tail light then they convinced my girl they had to search her or car or they would hold her there. Along with not reading her her rights then after the station when she requested that a female search her the cops didn’t allow it even tho there was multiple present, n she said that he was really Touchative in a inappropriate way, they searched her 3 separate times n only had searched me once.

I got into a car accident a few months ago, specifically i was rear ended by another car at a traffic light. My insurance company paid for my car repair which was about 3000$ canadian. I got a rental while my car was in the shop. The tab for the rental hasn't been paid by my insurance which they said to me they would cover, and now the rental company is going to send the unpaid balance to collections. What should I do? I contacted my insurance a few months ago and they said they would cover, but they never did. If the rental company send my unpaid balance to collections my credit score will drop.
